A new update. Madness returns & a few others.

First off: My blimy cable has been flicky and I've been distracted by anime & video games when it was not. Now I am here to inform..well..whoever reads this really, about some choice games I've been dishing out.
Alice Review~~~ *woot*
With a pre-ordered copy of Alice: The Madness returns in my hand I quickly pranced my way home and entered the code for a free add-on content of the first Alice game. Generally blocky graphics and a crappy camera angling system are my main problems with actually playing this game(the 1st game). But instead I choose to skip it since I already knew what happened, and I leapt straight into the rabbit hole that is the Madness Return. In this game you actually start with a 2d storybook animation explaining the basic of the game. Alice's mind is still in shambles, but Wonderland has changed & she's out of Rutledge Asylum. You actually play points of the game in London (assumed location anyways..its somewhere in Britain or UK anyways), which I find an amazing endurance. If you inspect and look at surrounding elements of where you're at in London (assumed) you can find the themes for the next chapter of Wonderland. Sometimes anyways.  The game has beautifully bright & colorful levels (shocked really o.o). Dolls are a contanst theme through the game and as you get closer to the final level you learn why.
After being plunged into Wonderland by a morph of Nurse Witless (she used to work in the asylum with a name like that people XD) you set out on your journey through the new Wonderland.
Alice is out looking for old memories, and starts discovering what REALLY happened to her family the night of the fire. You just might be surprised, I was for a bit anyways. The game has plenty of costume changes to keep the costume fanatics very happy, and as you pick up some of Alice's memory you discover a dark shadow has long lingered over her family. Though I'm attempting not to spoil the game. Overall I give this game a 9.5, a lil glitch here and there did annoy me from time to time and a puzzle here and there always made me try to get to a taller platform a few times but this game is simply amazing. A definate must-have for any fan of Alice In Wonderland, though be wary of their age and parental controls for this rated M game. Simply rated for the common blood & gore mainly.

Enslaved Demo~~ (Panda is trying to save for Disneyland trip in the fall)~~
Although I've only played the demo to this game I will say this. I would recommand this game. With stunning graphics, and an interesting storyline, the demo alone for this game plunges you headfirst into a furturist world. I haven't played the actual game, but I love the demo. The opening screen is amazing, for a word, and the music that plays from the game selection menu is beautiful. Over-all this game might just show up on my Christmas list.

Final Fantasy XIII~~
Ok, I know this isn't exactly a 'new' game, but Caleb has gotten me back into this very long game. I still love the stunning graphics, and beautiful cutscences, but ooooooo the boss battles.

If you have any suggestions simply post a comment and I'll get all over it like a leech on a peach (Emilie Autumn refrence btw) {If leeches ate peaches instead of my blood I would be free to drink tea in the mud. - Emilie Autumn]

Update!

With the Playstation store up and running and everybody enjoying their "Welcome Back" package, most people are very pleased. I myself have finally been able to get the DLC for Dragon Age 2 (The Exiled Prince. This DLC contains a character name Sebastian whom I plan on making a brief walkthrough for.) I also got 2 PS1 classics. Also DLC for another game of mine, Final Fantasy 7, and icons. and While I myself am enjoying all my lil freebies I can say this. Aside from my free full games of Dead Nation and inFAMOUS, I know that the 30 days of Playystation + is a marketing master plan!
I have always been a little envious when I saw I'd have to pay about $10, for something they got for free! They got amazing discounts, free themes & avatars, and even got free DLC for some games. So when I heard about the 30 free days I was excited..till I got it.
While true I am still enjoying my free days, I see how much of a master marketing plan it was.
They gave us 30 days of this for free, so we could get a taste of it. After 30 days we can either choose to pay monthly or by those cards at Gamestop (love the Playstation Network ones for $20 by the way)..or we can drop it. And by dropping it we loose all the freebies, discounts, and special lil bonus. I don't know about you, but I think I just might be getting this subscription.
I personally think this was a brillant plan, but I find that I am enjoying this master plan while they sit in their cool offices twirling their lil pointy moustaches. ..XD lol
O well I'll try to be more on top of my postings and plan on posting more. BTW only a few more days till the madness returns!
